2. Buyer
The buyer is a consumer or entrepreneur who enters into a purchase agreement with the seller through the e-shop.
A consumer is a natural person who is not acting within the scope of their business activity.
3. Subject of the contract
The subject of the purchase agreement is goods offered in the seller's e-shop, in particular lavender products and related physical goods.
All product presentations are for information only and do not constitute a binding offer.
4. Order and conclusion of contract
The buyer places an order via the e-shop, with the option to register a customer account or without registration.
By submitting the order, the buyer confirms that they have read these terms and conditions and agree to them.
The purchase agreement is concluded at the moment the seller confirms the order by e-mail.
5. Price and payment terms
Product prices are stated in Czech koruna (CZK) and are final.
The buyer may pay by the methods specified in the e-shop (in particular by bank transfer, or other payment methods according to the current e-shop offer).
6. Delivery terms
Goods are shipped to the address specified by the buyer in the order.
Delivery time is stated for individual products and is usually several business days from order acceptance.
The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
7. Withdrawal from contract
The buyer – as a consumer – has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
Withdrawal must be notified by e-mail to the seller's address.
Goods must be returned: undamaged, unused, in the original packaging (where possible).
The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods.
The purchase price will be refunded no later than 14 days after the returned goods are received.
8. Complaints
Rights and obligations regarding liability for defects are governed by the Complaints Procedure, which is available on the seller's website.
9. Personal data protection
Protection of buyers' personal data is governed by a separate document, the Privacy Policy (GDPR), available on the seller's website.
10. Out-of-court dispute resolution
In the event of a dispute, the consumer has the right to out-of-court dispute resolution through: Czech Trade Inspection (www.coi.cz).
11. Final provisions
These terms and conditions are valid and effective from the date of their publication on the seller's website.
The seller reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions in accordance with applicable legislation.
